What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Square eGift Cards purchased from our site and cash.
I made an appointment online, what do I do next?
You can sit back and rest easy that we’ll be there as scheduled.
From time to time, because the scheduling online doesn’t always match up with the realities of what the customer booked, or bookings taken outside the system, we will not be available at the exact time you selected. In those cases, we will always call and/or text you to try to find another time either that day or another that is convenient to you.
How long does it take?
Depending on the service you selected, we can finish your job in as little as one hour or as long as 8 hours. The online booking system tends to give a good idea of the appointment length. However, the time allotted online is based on a single man doing the work. Often times we have two team members doing the work, but we have to book the online services under the assumption that it will be one person to avoid overbooking on those days.
What areas do you service?
The easy answer is Temecula, Murrieta, French Valley, Wildomar, Winchester, De Luz, La Cresta, Wine Country, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Hemet and Fallbrook.
The reality is we will travel to just about anywhere within reason for a large enough job. We’ve gone to South Orange County, Riverside, Oceanside, Perris, Escondido just to name a few.
We do have minimums within our local service area. These minimums are not a hard and fast rule. If, for example, we have a customer book a job in Hemet at our minimum and we get another customer from Hemet inquiring about booking a smaller job, we will suggest that they book on the same day since we will be in their area. Our minimums are not unreasonable, they just ensure that it will be economically sound for us in terms of travel expenses and work time lost during travel.
I'm interested in maintenance for my vehicle, how often do you recommend I wash (and wax) it?
It really varies from customer to customer. If you’re a business person that simply commutes in your vehicle, once a month may be adequate for you. If you’re a mom with three kids, two in car seats, you may want to do something once a week or once every two weeks. Part of the maintenance service is ensuring that not only do you have a clean vehicle but we’re not reinventing the wheel every time we wash your vehicle. Just like cleaning your home, the key is to maintain the upkeep at regular intervals so that the job is not overwhelming every time.
As for wax or sealant, depending on your driving habits, the time of year, whether the vehicle is garaged, we recommend every 2 to 6 months. If we maintain you vehicle regularly, we will typically tell you when we think it might be ready for a fresh coat of wax.
My interior seats and carpet are stained, can you get that out?
One of the most frequent questions we get and the answer “Yes, maybe.” LOL I know that sounds like a maybe, but typically most surface dirt and grime will come out. Heavy staining may come out as well. The problem stains are stains that have been left for years and stains that somebody has attempted to remove. Stains such as coffee, blood, wine, red dyes will tend to set into the carpet or fabric the longer they are left untreated or if they’re treated using the wrong techniques and products for removal. We use a combination of steam, technique and the proper cleaning products to remove almost all stains. A quick perusal of some of the photos of our work will show that even the dirtiest interiors can be cleaned to a near new looking level using the right plan of attack. So, as I usually tell every customer that asks me, we’ll get the vehicle’s interior as clean as the age and previous level of maintenance will allow. The old saying “you can’t make a silk purse from a sow’s ear” does tend to apply.
Do you guys work in the rain?
We do work in the rain. Obviously, not out directly in a downpour but if it’s lightly drizzling or there’s just a threat of rain, for example, and you wanted an interior detail and you have some cover, well there’s no reason that can’t be done. If you have a garage that has enough room to work on a car, there’s no reason why we can’t wash the vehicle outside in a light drizzle and then move it inside to finish the interior, drying, windows, waxing, etc.
Now obviously there are certain things we’re not going to do in the rain. No ceramic coating. If the vehicle doesn’t fit entirely in the garage and it’s raining, you’re probably not going to want to do an Ultimate One Step Detail or even have wax applied.
So, while we tend not to book jobs when it’s raining, we have worked in the rain and had some pretty busy days when it’s been raining.
